is a modern villa and is built in 2017. It is placed in South Croatia in a beautiful part of Dubrovnik called Mokošica, where the river Ombla flows into the sea.
It is built in a modern style with big glass walls with a beautiful sea view. Villa's area is 280 m2 on two floors. On the ground floor are four big bedrooms.
On the first floor is a full equipped kitchen, a dinning room, a sitting room with the balcony and a big bedroom.
Each room has its own bathroom, television and air condition. All house is covered with wi-fi. Villa property is on 950 m2 with a parking, outdoor summer kitchen,
furnitures, a beautiful lawn with 200 years old Olive trees, a barbecue fireplace and 26 m2 pool. The nearest market, post office, bank,restaurant and cafe bars
is 100 m away. The beach is 20 meters away, also lungo mare.

There is a full bathroom with a shower between this bedroom and bedroom #2. A 43” Led TV hangs on the wall, where you can enjoy watching hundreds of international channels on Sky TV.
